It's been a busy couple of days. It's been my pleasure to cook for our Daire Center Clients so here's a look at some of the meals. Yesterday, breakfast was an Amazing Eggnog French Toast (this recipe is a keeper) and lunch was Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. Today's breakfast was a Tater Tot, Bacon, Sausage, and Egg Casserole with Biscuits and Fruit and then a special Christmas lunch of Turkey and Dressing, Yams with Marshmallows, Broccoli with Carrots, Squash, and Rolls. We'll be back in the kitchen next week and so I'll share more then. Thanks to Isaac Lobo for helping me do all this!
