It is often times called a silent epidemic as many times employees walk away from career opportunities, never raising a complaint due to fear of humiliation and or retaliation. est in mind. Work Shouldn’t Hurt IS NOT an employee assistance program. While we do partner with corporations in order to aid in our overall objective, we make it clear that our mission is to support and act on behalf of the employee while educating them about their rights. Our work with corporations focuses on holding them accountable to being morally sound as well as legally compliant. We remind them that the well-being of employees are important and aid them in navigating situations such as harassment and discrimination in a way that might be favorable to both parties.Work Shouldn’t Hurt is a place of refuge for individuals who have become targets in the work place. We look forward to being a supportive second set of eyes that can assist you with navigating through such tumultuous times. Life is stressful when your livelihood is on the line, and we want to hold your hand through the process of turning things around. From assisting you with drafting a formal written complaint to turn in to your employer, to coaching you through filing an EEOC or Human Rights greivance, we have you covered. We realize that no two situations are alike so we work with individuals on a case by case basis and our goal is always simultaneous with yours. We want to help make you whole again as soon as possible.We too have been where you are and we’ve learned through trial and error how to make the most out of some terrible circumstances.
