Sometimes a business does not need more leads — it needs to stop making interested people work so hard.

Too many steps.
Slow follow-up.
Scattered information.
No clear next move.

That kind of friction can cool people off fast.

People are a lot more likely to move forward when the experience feels clear, simple, and easy from the start.

That matters more than a lot of businesses realize. 💙

Travel advisors — quick question.

When new clients reach out about a cruise or trip, where do those inquiries usually come in?

Text messages?
Facebook messages?
Email?

I’ve been building automation tools for small businesses and recently created a **travel client inquiry app** that collects trip details before an advisor even starts preparing quotes.

The idea is to stop all the back-and-forth messages and get the important info upfront — destination, dates, travelers, preferences, etc.

Still refining it and curious how other travel advisors are currently handling inquiries.
