Forward Planning consulting and my work with SMU students (as a Visiting Professor) is about creating the environment that embraces, encourages and empowers local residents to follow their entrepreneurial instincts. In this case we are using Reatorative Farms - Hatcher Station Training Farm as a catalyst to create systemic change.

One of those embracing the Entrepreneurial opportunity is Tyrone Day, profiled in D Magazine as a Community Hero in the August edition. We need to cultivate many, many more like Tyrone Day.
