There are 3 control points on every deal:

1. Opening Authority Frame
If you don’t set the tone, the prospect will.
This is where you establish leadership, expectations, and structure.
Weak frame = defensive rep.

2. Emotional Amplification
Logic doesn’t close high-ticket. Emotion does.
If the pain isn’t fully surfaced, the urgency won’t exist.
No emotional depth → no real decision.

3. Clear Investment Transition
Most reps sabotage the close here.
They get awkward. They rush. They soften.
Money conversations require confidence and clean transitions.

Lose one → you lose the deal.
