Wednesday morning our officers discovered a flare up in an area that was considered burned out. Flare ups days later can lead to further structure loss when least expected. The Old Trails Fire is still very active.
Staying vigilant and still prepared to protect!

Spokane Wildfire Update

At Gates Security, we are closely monitoring the wildfire situation affecting our Spokane community.

As of today, there are three active wildfires impacting the area:
• Old Trails Fire
• Fairview Fire
• Autumn Lane Fire

Together, these fires have burned more than 8,000 acres, destroyed approximately 700 structures, and remains 0% contained. While containment has not yet been established, cooler temperatures have allowed firefighters to make some progress. Crews continue working tirelessly as conditions evolve.
