I am far from an appliance tech but I was confident this was a simple belt, so I found genuine Whirlpool parts locally and replaced the belt and idler. Yes, you can find some knock off parts on amazon and get by, but there is no warranty or guarantee they will survive the first big load of towels, or your kiddo forgetting they need to wash every stitch of clothing they own. This is also a great opportunity to clean out the bottom from lint and debris. All cleaned up, replaced, tested and ready to dry again.

Another day and another kitchen faucet install. Our customer was experiencing surging water pressure at the kitchen faucet. Sometimes this occurs when dirt from the water supply is stuck in the cartridge or valve. After testing the supply lines to verify the faucet was the culprit, our customer opted for a new faucet, because trying to find parts and replace them is often more costly than replacing the whole thing. Kitchen sink and faucet replacement. This faucet and sink have seen better days. So out with the old dual basin and drippy faucet, in with a new Kohler sink and faucet. Drain had to be reworked to fit the single drain. Leak tested and ready to use!

Sheet rock repair. Someone's little one grabbed the towel bar to save herself from falling. So we patched up the hole and replaced the single bar for 2 hooks. They are also located on a stud now, so the little one can really pull it now.

Cant find any spigot insulators? It's not pretty but some 1" pipe insulation a zip tie and some electrical tape to prote...

Cant find any spigot insulators? It's not pretty but some 1" pipe insulation a zip tie and some electrical tape to protect the spigots from tonight's freeze is well worth it. It's going to be a cold night in NW Georgia!
