Heartfelt Home Support LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver for a high-acuity ALS client.

📍 Location: Foster City, CA

🕒 Available Shifts:
• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Priority Shift)
Monday through Sunday

💲 Pay: $30/hour

Requirements:
✔️ Experienced with Hoyer lift transfers
✔️ Comfortable with manual transfers and mobility assistance
✔️ Hands-on personal care and ADL support
✔️ Reliable, patient, and physically capable of assisting a high-needs client
✔️ Previous ALS, neurological, or high-acuity care experience preferred
✔️ HCA registered, TB clearance, and CPR certification preferred

Client requires:
• Full assistance with activities of daily living
• Mobility and transfer support
• Toileting assistance
• Compassionate companionship and safety monitoring

Schedule Available

📅 Monday–Sunday

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Client Care Needs

Heartfelt Home Support LLC is currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to assist an elderly male client with Alzheimer’s disease in San Francisco.

# Client Care Needs

The caregiver will provide non-medical home care assistance including:

* Companionship and supervision
* Dementia / memory support
* Showering and bathing assistance
* Dressing assistance
* Toileting assistance
* Mobility and walking supervision
* Fall prevention and safety monitoring
* Emotional support and redirection
* Assistance with daily routine and comfort

Client uses:

* Walker
* Shower chair

Family support, home health nurse, and therapy services are already involved in care.

# Caregiver Requirements

✅ Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care preferred
✅ Compassionate, patient, and dependable
✅ Able to assist with personal care
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Background check clearance
✅ Driver’s license preferred but not required
✅ English speaking

# Schedule (Trial Period)

* Mondays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
