I'm a behavior analyst with 20 years of experience supporting people in managing routines, emotions, executive functioning, and neurodiversity through learning skills, developing strategies, habits and routines to support them. Our mission is to provide people with the tools to navigate life, guided by behavioral principles using practices of mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy, with

the intention of creating a values based way of living. I hope to provide people and organizations with guidance, tools and practices that will add value to their lives and organizations by taking a holistic perspective to provide meaningful change.

🌟 New Support Group: Navigating Neurodiversity Together — Teens Edition 🌟

Raising a neurodivergent teen comes with its own unique joys and challenges — and you don't have to navigate it alone.

We're excited to announce our Fall Cohort, a 6-week virtual support group designed specifically for parents of neurodivergent teens. Join a compassionate community where you'll gain practical strategies and tools to help you feel more confident on this journey.

🕕 Wednesdays, 6–7pm EDT

Emotional regulation doesn’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed.

Throughout the day, give yourself permission to pause and check in. Take a few deep breaths, step outside, stretch, listen to music, or simply notice what you’re feeling without trying to fix it.

Small moments of care can help your nervous system reset and support you in responding to life with more intention and less reactivity.

You don’t need an hour of self-care. Sometimes a few mindful minutes are enough.
