Benay Enterprises

05/22/2026

In observance of Memorial Day, the offices of Benay Enterprises will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

As we enjoy time with family and friends this holiday weekend, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women of our military who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

We wish everyone a safe, peaceful, and relaxing Memorial Day weekend. Our offices will reopen on Tuesday, May 26th.

Thank you and warm regards,
Dawn Reshen-Doty & the Benay Enterprises Team

Cash Flow Is Not the Same as Profit

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard:

“We’re profitable… so why does cash feel tight?”

Because profit and cash are not the same thing.

Revenue on paper doesn’t mean money in the bank.

Timing matters.
Receivables matter.
Payables matter.
Inventory matters.

This is why consistent reconciliation and cash flow visibility are so important.

You don’t manage a business from a tax return.

You manage it from real-time numbers.

Understanding cash flow isn’t advanced finance.

It’s foundational leadership.
