Every Task

Every Task Do Only What You Love, We Do The Rest. Imagine the convenience of having a team working for you, without you having to hire one person! That was never the plan.

With Every Task Virtual Assistants, you can rest assured that your admin and day to day operations are taken care of You built a business that cannot run without you. Every Task is a Managed Strategic Operations Partnership for solopreneurs who have outgrown their own capacity but not their need for control. We partner with consultants, coaches, and service providers earning $150K-$490K who have h

it the same invisible ceiling: they are too competent to need a team and too buried to build one. We call this The Competence Trap. The ability to handle everything is the exact condition that guarantees you will have to handle everything — forever. Every Task breaks that pattern with a fundamentally different architecture. You direct. We manage. They execute with initiative. We do not hand you a person and say "good luck managing them." That model has already failed you — on Fiverr, with contractors, with the VA you trained for three months before taking the work back at 2am. Every prior solution shared one structural flaw: it placed a person into your business and made you the management layer. You went from doing 47 things to doing 47 things plus managing someone who could do 3 of them. Every Task eliminates that flaw. We match you with a dedicated operations partner — vetted, trained, and managed by our internal team. Your partner does not wait to be told. They anticipate. They use initiative. They treat your business like their own. And when something needs to get done, you say "figure it out" and mean it. What this looks like in practice:

A dedicated operations partner matched to your business type
Zero management burden — we manage the partner, not you
A 30-Day Match Guarantee — wrong fit replaced immediately, no charge, no gap
Backup partner coverage so nothing stops when life happens
Compounding value — month 1 is good, month 3 is great, month 6 your partner anticipates needs before you voice them
What this produces:

Your clients will think you have a full team. Your competitors will wonder how you move so fast. Your family will notice you are home for dinner. That is what happens when you stop being the bottleneck and start being the architect. Every Task exists because our founder, Claudia Lowry, lived The Competence Trap herself. She tried every version of the solution that does not work. She stopped asking "How do I find better people?" and started asking a different question entirely: What is it about the way I have structured my operations that makes initiative impossible? That question — and its answer — became Every Task.

"I'LL DO IT LATER."

A compelling strategy.

Until later becomes tomorrow.

Tomorrow becomes Friday.

Friday becomes "I'll deal with it next week."

And suddenly that five-minute task is celebrating its three-week anniversary on your to-do list. 🎉

Try this instead:

If it takes less than five minutes, do it.

If someone else can handle it, delegate it.

If it doesn't need doing, delete it.

If it requires focused time, schedule it.

Your to-do list needs decisions, not good intentions.

September has arrived.

Your to-do list would like a word.

Apparently, some of the tasks on it have been there since August.

One claims it has been there since July, but we're not getting involved in that.

Before the month gets busy, take 10 minutes and sort your list into three categories:

✓ I need to do this
✓ Someone else can do this
✓ Why am I still doing this?

That third category might be the most important one.

A new month doesn't always need a bigger plan.

Sometimes it needs a shorter list.

August is almost behind us.

Before turning the page, take a moment to think about one thing that became easier this month.

Maybe it was a habit, maybe it was a process, maybe it was simply the way you approached your work.

Growth isn't always measured by big milestones.

Sometimes it's measured by how much lighter the journey feels.

Here's to carrying that momentum into September.

Some of the biggest productivity gains come from the smallest habits.

Before you finish your workday, spend just five minutes doing these four things:

✔ Close the browser tabs you no longer need.
✔ Write down your top three priorities for tomorrow.
✔ File or delete the emails you've already dealt with.
✔ Leave your workspace exactly how you want to find it in the morning.

It doesn't sound revolutionary.

But tomorrow's version of you will spend less time figuring out where to start and more time making progress.

Good systems are not built in one day.

They're built from small habits repeated consistently.

What's one habit that helps you end your workday on the right note?

"When founders stop drowning in tasks, they finally have the space to lead, create, and scale."
- Claudia Lowry

Leadership isn't about doing everything.

It's about creating enough space to focus on the work that only you can do.

Sometimes the biggest step forward isn't adding another task.

It's letting go of one.

Get to Know Lynne

Music has a way of connecting us to memories.

For Lynne, Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls is a favorite, while Don't Stop Believin' by Journey is her go-to karaoke choice.

Perhaps that's fitting.

Because whether it's through music or work, sometimes the best moments come when we're willing to sing a little louder, take a chance, and enjoy the journey.

If you had to choose just one karaoke song, what would it be?

Today we're celebrating Matthew.

While many people know him as Claudia's husband, those who work closely with Every Task know just how much he contributes behind the scenes. From creating reels, lending a helping hand to supporting the business in countless ways, his willingness to step in wherever needed never goes unnoticed.

Thank you, Matthew, for everything you do to help keep things moving.

Wishing you a fantastic birthday and a wonderful year ahead.

Happy Birthday!

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀

There comes a point where Google no longer has the answer.

You need people.

People who've experienced the same challenges, people willing to share what worked.
People who understand the journey you're on.

That's what makes community so valuable.

Growth becomes easier when learning is shared.

The best ideas rarely appear when you're rushing between meetings.

They arrive while walking.
Driving.
Taking a break.
Having a conversation.

Your calendar doesn't need to be full to be successful.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can schedule...
..is space.
