New deck that was completed recently. The owner had a nice living space under the deck, but was getting wet from rain. We found the deck plywood(yes plywood) was glued down and nailed with finish nails. We got the plywood torn off and installed "Trex rain escape", then new Trex boards. Gutters installed under the deck to carry the water away. Now she can enjoy her coffee without getting wet during a rain. Turned out great! Yeah, we can do that.
