We have been Bio-Clean “fans” for years. It’s absolutely vital to keep our plumbing issue free. Thank You!

I did want to share another happy result we have discovered (that you may not have been aware of).

We are dog lovers, with four Jack Russel “Terrors”. We also enjoy multiple rugs throughout our home on our hardwood floors. Unfortunately, untrained puppies as well as our sweet older lady, Lily, are prone to have accidents on our rugs. The smell of urine is very tough to eliminate, even with special cleaners, to include the very expensive enzyme cleaners from the Pet Stores.

Summary:

• I dissolve about a scoop Bio Clean in warm water in large squeeze bottles – think large ketchup squeeze bottles.
• I shake and spot soak affected areas and let it sit for about 4 – 6 hours. Then clean with a rug shampooer machine. (Smaller areas can be cleaned up simply with a damp shop towel).
• This method is the most effective technique that we have ever found for eliminating foul urine odors !!

Caution:
• As you know, the Bio Clean does not completely dissolve, so you must be careful not to apply to something like a pure white rug, etc. as the undissolved particles will show.
o HOWEVER, we have found two remedies for this concern.

1. You can allow the area to completely dry (about a day our two), then vacuum up the particles. Then damp towel scrub or shampoo the affected area to eliminate any staining that is apparent.
2. Let the Bio Clean soak in for several hours as I describe above and then use the rug shampooer. Same results as #1

My husband bought this for our stinky drains and it cleared up that issue, fast forward a year and we are sitting in the kitchen four days ago, wrist deep in the dishwasher pan, filters pulled, with a clogged drain. After working on it for two days, we kinda gave up hope and i said hey lets just throw some bio clean in and let it sit, what do we have to lose? Well two days pass and nothing seems to have happened so my husband goes to buy a shop vac, and after he leaves, im like whatever, hit the run cycle on the dishwasher and to my surprise it starts up. Well, it ran before then the drain cycle would throw an error and so i watch the drain hose flex, and the water starts, it sounded like a squishes hose, pressure, but water was flowing, then i hear what sounds like little bits of gristle in the line, and after about 10 seconds rushing water!!! Bio Clean is freaking amazing!

My husband begged me to let him just pour drain-o down the drain since the clog tools weren't really working as well. But I'd done some research after hearing those types of products are really bad for pipes and came across a few articles recommending enzyme based drain cleaners which work differently. They take longer to clear but in the long run are safer. We did the solution daily as instructed. We did it right before bed so it could work overnight without being disturbed. After the second or third night, my husband was showering the following morning and yelled from the bathroom that the drain cleared all of a sudden! We still did the remainder of the recommended 5 days just in case but will definitely be using this on future clogs. I even bought one for my parents I was so amazed

Another Happy Camper! (Bio-Clean used in smelly Outhouse)

Thank you for the directions! Worked so well we won award for best KYBO's.

We accessed camp site a week early and put a pound of Bio-clean into outhouse(yes in 2 gallons of water). So instead of waiting 48 hours for results, we had results on arrival. Very impressive! the kids complained about the spiders not the smell.

Happy customer! Will spread the word about using Bio-clean at camp. 'a Scout is Thrifty' and it is money well spent for Bio-Clean!

After my parents passed, I moved into their home, the kids never wanted to sell MawMaw and PawPaw's place, and truthfully I didn't either. It was 30 years old, mostly galvanized, some PVC. Shortly after moving in, the shower would not drain, and water backed up in tub (the other bathroom), though no one used it. Tried all the liquid openers, nothing worked. Called plumber, he went about 15-20 feet, broke lose, no more problems. After 4 months, same thing. This time he used commercial cleaner. Did OK for about 3-4 months, then again backed up. Finally rented machine my self and opened. I started washing dishes in pans, and rinsing in pans, as to not overfill the drain lines. After about 6 months of that, they still would not drain in shower, and backed up in tub. Had this greasy sludgy, food particle crap - YUK!!! A friend of mine told me about this stuff. I researched, and spent the money, for 2 containers. They said treat for a week. I treated every drain every night for a MONTH! It's been over 2 years, and I've never had a slow drain, or another problem with the drains. I use it every month, Saturday night and Sunday night religiously. NEVER want that nightmare again. I can't see in the pipes, but I guarantee SOMETHING worked. I'll continue using this product, and recommend it to everybody I know that has problems.👍

Organic build-up and odor are 2 common problems associated with kitchen garbage disposals. What happens is the rotating blades of the garbage disposer fling food particles and other organic material up onto the sidewalls of the disposer where they sit until they start to rot and stink.

I found BioClean 2-3 years ago when one of our bathroom sinks started to smell like rotten eggs. I found what looked like black jello growing in the pipe. Needless to say, the sink doesn't smell anymore thanks to having used BioClean.
