Why you should shop at a local appliance store vs. big box chains:
-Long Term/Dedicated Appliance Specialist - Our staff and sales specialists have been in appliance sales for 10+ years and they understand the ins and the outs of the appliance world. They are able to give you a much better overview of different brands and models than what you would find at a big box store, and care about helping you get the best brand and deal.
-Don’t Outsource Deliveries - At a big box store you will usually receive the appliance from people who are not solely delivering for the store you purchased from. We have our own talented delivery crew that only works for us, and are specially trained to deliver and install appliances for our customers.
-Better Selection - In a big box store there is a limited selection to choose from because appliances aren't their main focus. If you want to see the item before you buy, then you should head to a local appliance store that only specializes in appliances so that you can see many (and better) different brands, models, colors, and sizes. This way you will get a better idea of what you want before purchasing. We also have used and scratch/dent options so that you can save money on your purchase and also not have to worry about dents or scratches that may happen anyways in the future.
-We take care of repairs - Typically, if you purchase from a big box store, you will have to go to a local appliance store to get repairs. Anything purchased from us will be covered - repaired or replaced if need be, in a timely fashion.
