Blueberry habanero and mango pineapple habenero!

Thai, habenero, green tabasco, pablano, jalapeno and bell

Now to work out what hot sauces to make for the market!

I'm thinking blueberry habenero, mango pineapple habenero, garlic tobasco and pickled tobasco (steak n shake style). Any other ideas?

We're making another batch of home-style ketchup. This batch was intended to be spiked with habenero. After checking our plants it seems that our tobasco peppers are ready to go too. Now, I have one of two options.

1. Make a super hot challenger ketchup, using both peppers!

2. Make 2 smaller batches with either pepper to display the unique flavors!

Let us know what sounds best!
