I feel I have to make a post about this, especially since someone from the state swung by my store asking me about all of these no monthly tv bill yard signs popping up everywhere in our area. First of all I, the owner of Cutchall’s Communications, am named Jerris; not Travis like some of these yard signs state. Why the state didn’t just call the number on the signs is besides me unless of course they were just fishing for information to see if I was connected somehow, but we are NOT!!
The VSee streaming devices that are being offered are LEGAL, but 99% of the TV programming is ILLEGAL!
I have been getting a lot of calls from people who have these devices and are having issues with their “internet” (not just from folks who use our internet). My first question lately is “Are you using a VSee streaming box?” So far over 90% people calling us with “internet” issues are using these devices.
Here is a quick Google search result when asking if the programming is illegal; “The pre-installed apps and "free TV" features on devices like VSeeBox that provide unauthorized access to copyrighted cable channels, live sports, and premium networks are considered illegal digital piracy under U.S. copyright law. Federal courts and copyright holders target these pre-loaded "fully loaded" or "unlocked" streaming configurations as unlawful”
