When asked what she loves most about working here, Taylor said it best:

The West Club, one of Inter&Co Stadium’s signature premium spaces, just received a comprehensive revamp with upgrades to its interior finishes, double its current table seating capacity, and introduce an elevated culinary and hospitality experience β€” and ACE had the privilege of bringing that vision, to life!

For this project - in partnership with , we designed and built a premium club experience inside one of Orlando's premier sports and entertainment venues. From custom millwork and food service stations to a stunning full-length bar overlooking one of the best views in the entire stadium β€” every detail was built to elevate the fan experience.

Projects like this represent exactly where we're headed β€” expanding our footprint in arenas and entertainment venues where hospitality and design have to perform at the highest level.

Meet Rick Warren β€” 15-year ACE veteran, Senior Director of Finance & Administration, and proud dad of 4 boys: a corrections officer, two pilots, and a high schooler. Rick proudly holds two unofficial ACE titles: Best Fisherman and undisputed King of Dad Jokes. 🎣 πŸƒ

Rick has worn more hats at ACE than most people wear in a career β€” and through all of it, he's stayed rooted in what matters: relationships, family culture, and doing work he's proud of.

Pouring back into the next generation. 🧑

ACE's own Alissa Ohnmeiss β€” a proud PCT alum β€” returned to Pennsylvania College of Technology to help lead a hands-on commercial kitchen design workshop alongside Chef Charles Niedermyer II and Senior Director Chadd Roadarmel.

Students tackled real-world layout challenges using fabricated equipment, got creative, and presented their designs. Safe to say, they crushed it.

Our team members Chadd Roadarmel and Matt Reddington will be on site connecting with senior living leaders. Chadd will be participating in the panel discussion β€œMore Than a Meal: Positioning Dining as Strategic Infrastructure,” sharing perspectives on how dining environments can influence culture, engagement, and the overall resident experience within senior living communities.
