Since joining Atlantic in 2012, Joseph has built his career through hard work, dedication, and a passion for serving our clients. From Installation Specialist to Warehouse Manager and now Sales Representative, he continues to expand his knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional results.

The CFSP designation demonstrates a broad understanding of the foodservice industry and a commitment to professional excellence. We congratulate Joseph on this significant achievement and look forward to the continued value he brings to our clients and team.

This is one week. For one installer.

Danville, PA → Philadelphia → Memphis → Jonesboro, AR → back to Memphis → Nashville → home → Wilmington, DE.

Four states. Two flights. Roughly 540 miles behind the wheel on top of that.

Our install team is the last set of hands on every project we design. They're also the ones who are thinking on their feet to solve any issues that may arise. They're true super-hero's here at ACE.

Respect to the guys who live out of a suitcase and a carry-on so the project opens on schedule.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication to ACE.

💡 Employee Spotlight: Joe Clark - Warehouse Specialist

Three years ago, Joe joined the ACE team — and he's been a steady force in our warehouse ever since, making sure every piece of equipment is accounted for and ready to hit the jobsite.

Ask Joe what he values most about working here and you'll hear two things: the family atmosphere, and the way ACE invests in employee wellbeing and financial future far beyond the industry norm.

But there's more to Joe than the warehouse floor. He and his wife are both combat veterans of Operation Desert Storm. He's a Ranger School graduate. He's a die-hard Pitt fan. And for 30+ years, he's been an accomplished competitive drag racing driver.

Naturally shy, but with a résumé like that? We think it's worth talking about. 🏁

👏 Employee Spotlight: Douglas Drennen

This week we're celebrating Doug Drennen, Field Installation Supervisor — and an incredible 28 years with ACE.

When asked what he enjoys most about working here, Doug put it simply: the quality products and honest people. That kind of perspective only comes from nearly three decades in the field, and we're grateful for every one of them.

Outside of work, Doug's a loyal New York Yankees fan and treasures time spent with his son and wife.

We're proud to be part of the the exciting VIP lounge renovation at Benchmark International Arena — recently featured in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
