I keep seeing these commercials about getiing your quote without having anyone come to your house. The part about coming to your house is important, we need to LOOK, see if things need changing, I have had a few houses that the return air was to small for their unit, again just giving a quote won't catch that, and that means a change order which means more money than you were told. My goal is to give you the best price that I can without needing to change anything after the fact.

Recently went to a clients home who has gone 3 years without air conditioning for her home because someone told her that her system was broken and needed replace.
Fortunately one of her friends called us and asked us to take a look and give a quote for a new unit.
Long story short, it was just a bad fan motor.
Couple hours later her home is cooling down to a nice cool 72 degrees and she isn't changing bed sheets every night from sweating. If you get a quote and question either the price or the diagnostics. Give us a call. We'd be happy to give a second opinion.

I've been looking at how other companies treat their customers, what the customer receives for certain services.
One thing I've noticed is that these companies have a spring service or a spring special for really cheap. Like $29-$59. What the customer doesn't know is that that's their hook. That's how they get in the door.
They will LOOK at your system. Might even take a door off the system, but clean the system? No, you have to pay extra for that, the hook, they can charge whatever they want ,they are already in the house. So your $29 spring service ends up costing a couple hundred dollars. That's not how we do our spring services.
Your coils are going to be cleaned, your system is going to be checked over the right way.
$79.00 per unit until the end of June.

I've been asked a few times from friends and customers that have friends that use a different company for service, What is the best way to make sure that any quote you get is a legitimate issue and a reasonable price. My answer is always the same." get a second opinion". that's it. I have given second opinions where the issue is real and the system needs replaced, I then give you "OUR price" so you can compare. Knowledge is power, So, ask questions, ask a lot of questions. If it is a concern for you, then it is a concern for me. I want you to have all the information you need when I leave your house. If that means spending an hour or two, well, we spend the time, and when I leave I don't want your answer, think about it, figure out your finances, A new system is not cheap, however, if you break it down to x dollars per year for the life of the system, it's not really that much. Please, whether it is AAA Air Conditioning or another company, please, get a second opinion. Because just like you, I hate spending money on things that aren't broken.
I've also given second opinions where the issue is $100.00 parts that can easily be replaced and you are back up and running in a few minutes.

Thank the Lord i belive i ran out of winter weather. I am not in charge of ordering Summer, so when it gets here and is either brutally hot or incredibly dry, that's someone else's order.
Remember until the end of the month spring service special; $69.00 April 1st will go to $79.00. There are lots of openings, can't have it done during the week? I will work till noon on Saturdays to help anyone out.
