I've seen some ads for discount cleaning, but when I look at what they are going to do for their $29 or $49. Well, that's their price to LOOK at your system. No tools just their flashlight. Then of course they are gonna tell you that the coils need cleaned at $119 or more. Oh, that drain needs cleaned, thats another $149.00 Does that make sense to you? To me that is how the private equity system works. They want your money, your email to sell, they want you to buy, buy buy. Because all they do is sell, sell, sell.

"Dave, why don't you advertise? Why don't you drive a new truck? Why don't you use A.I. to make your posts and answer your phone for you. Make videos for you to post. They could even schedule the callers service for you."
My answer: I want to talk to my customers, I, want to talk to them, I get 5-10 calls every week from people wanting service for an issue that I can talk them thru on the phone. I am literally taking money out of my pocket to help my customers save theirs. How is that for crazy. We are here to help our neighbors. Yes we do come to your house, yes, we are about helping you to learn to make the little changes that can save you money the next time there is an issue.

I have seen a number of HVAC companies saying they will give you "X" numbers of dollars off a new system. Or a free "something".
AAA AIR CONDITIONING does not do this, let me tell you why...
We give everyone the best price and service we can. There is no such thing as free, your gonna pay for it somewhere else in the cost. I'll give you a free anything scares me.

Last week I had a person call us, said that they were buying a house and the inspection report was confusing and could I come and explain it to him. Mind you I had never talked to him before. So I explain and say, yes it would be smart to require a new unit before signing the papers. I gave quote and homeowner used "their guy". Then I get a call to come inspect their work. Tape is already pealing off, drain is wrong, system is a hot mess. So now he has the owner getting "their guy" back out to do the job correctly.
Moral of the story: its okay to get another set of eyes on your system. Second opinion, second quote. Are you trusting your home comfort to the guy that is just trying to sell you a new unit? Or are you trusting the guy that treats everyone as family?

If your system is not keeping up with the heat, there are a few things to check. Airflow: is the air blowing inside? Filter: does my filter need to be changed? Drain: have I checked the overflow and cleaned my drain recently? Is the outdoor unit running? These are a few things to check before deciding that something is wrong and calling for emergency service. We are always happy to talk you through minor, easily done maintenance that you've never done before.
This filter is only hurting your system.

I recently had a customer call me because they had a motor go bad. They called another HVAC company out to get it fixed. They were told it would be over $2000.00 to replace this motor. She called me for a price... under $800. Same motor, same unit, diffrence between a company that's only focus is on money compared to a company that is going to work with you.
If you have gotten a quote for a new unit and they are saying $15000 or more... your being taken advantage of.
Please get more than one opinion on any major issues. By the way, $200. for a capacitor is robbery. Give us a call and see what friendly no pressure, let's take care of our neighbors service looks like.

I keep seeing these commercials about getiing your quote without having anyone come to your house. The part about coming to your house is important, we need to LOOK, see if things need changing, I have had a few houses that the return air was to small for their unit, again just giving a quote won't catch that, and that means a change order which means more money than you were told. My goal is to give you the best price that I can without needing to change anything after the fact.
