Here we go again…another house, another reno. We moved to Orange Beach, Alabama, on the Gulf of Mexico. Bringing a ‘90’s home into the 21st century. I’ll keep you posted!

Orange Brach, AL Jubilee Landing Condo project. Ceilings scraped and resurfaced, LVP throughout, kitchen gutted and opened up, upgraded with tile backsplash and quartz countertops . Both baths gutted and updated. Removed inserts in both baths, new tub and tile surround in one bath and tiles shower in primary. Unit painted top to bottom SW Greek Villa. Amazing what a refresh does to a 1985 condo. Swipe left for the befores.

“Miss Jasmine” desperately needs a shape-up, but her blossoms are bountiful and her fragrance is intoxicating. She is a gracious lady who is showing off a bit after a very cold winter.
