ELM is thrilled to partner with DREAM Collaborative and Hemenway Construction on a new multifamily development in Roxbury, MA. This project, located on a formerly vacant lot, will introduce 12 new housing units to the community, with construction slated to begin in June 2024 and completion expected by 2025.

The development will consist of six 1-bedroom units and six 3-bedroom units, with a percentage designated as affordable housing. Spanning a property size of 10,077 square feet, this project aims to provide comfortable and sustainable living spaces for future residents.

♻️ Sustainability is at the forefront of this project. DREAM Collaborative, with the help of ELM Consulting, plans to incorporate several green initiatives, including electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on the roof. These features will be incentivized by the local utility, enhancing the project’s environmental impact and efficiency.

🏒 The building will exceed standard code requirements, striving for Energy Star certification through a range of energy-efficient measures.
