Most leadership teams think they're aligned. They're not. They're just polite on Zoom.

In April, the Perpetual board came together in Paris for three days of structured working sessions with a real agenda, real decisions, real outputs.

We left with something genuinely hard to manufacture: alignment. Not surface-level agreement. The kind where every board member owns a piece of the plan and knows what the others are counting on them to do.
