We’ve received our official ISO 27001:2013 registration from UL/DQS with international recognition by IQNet. This achievement follows our recertification of ISO 9001:2015 and initial certification of CMMI-SVC Level 3. These three certifications are substantiation of the quality standards to which we perform and our preparation and readiness to meet the developing CMMC standards at the 2nd of 3 levels. That equates to the 3rd level (Managed) of CMMI-SVC. We currently self-asses at CMMC level 1, with ~80% compliance to the projected CMMC level 2 requirements. Our goal is to meet CMMC Level 2 total compliance in 2022.

An interesting side note, we requested years ago that DQS conduct their external audits of us virtually. They were very skeptical of our idea and it took a couple years to convince them since our systems are all cloud based there is no added benefit to the on site visits. We were their first virtually audited company experience for ISO 9001. Now they do nearly all audits virtually. We were leading the way.

Summary/Duties: An individual with an understanding of SIGINT and CEMA/EW infrastructure, hardware, software, architecture and programs for both ground and air systems. This individual would serve as a key consultant and technical SME for SIGINT capabilities. Key knowledge gaps addressed would include phased-array antenna arrays, plasma antennas, beam-forming arrays, custom waveforms, signal processing and/or demodulation, encryption, etc. Individual will require solid understanding of DoD SIGINT and EW requirements, policies, and authorities. Key functions for this position are: inform, guide, and implement SIGINT and EW modernization strategies; serve as an independent advisor on SIGINT and EW topics & working groups; facilitate reach back into other USG technical capabilities to support requirements and technology-specific solutions to critical deficiencies; influence long-term strategic technical development for specific missions; and coordinate with other sponsors to understand their SIGINT investment strategies and enable cross-sponsor engagement at the highest technical level.
Required:
• Strong understanding of digital signal processing concepts and communication technologies;
• Working knowledge of communications theory including waveforms, modulation design, and signal propagation;
• Understanding of system performance analysis;
• An effective communicator with good writing and presentation skills.
Desired:
• MS or PhD in EE, mathematics, or physics;
• Familiarity with communications analysis tools;
• Experience in real time threading and processing architectures.

Summary: Provide Ammunition Logistics and Ammunition Logistics Prototyping Services, to include development and update, in support of all LRED Future Concepts Division programs including Plastic Armament Cylindrical and Rectangular containers, Small Caliber Bulk Packaging, Next Generation Temperature/Humidity Sensor, Automated Supply Point – Scalable, Expeditionary Munitions Survivability Software, Tactical Ammunition Accountability, Munitions Health Monitoring System, Class V Adaptive Demand Estimation System, Distribution and Retrograde APEX Management and numerous other ammunition logistics packaging and distribution enablers



Description: Provide Ammunition Logistics Prototyping Services functional expertise in:

• Ammunition logistics policy and procedures to improve operations for distribution, management, reliability and survivability of ammunition through the development, integration, and demonstration of munitions survivability and logistics system enablers through support of the RDT&E investment process
• Ammunition logistics/soldier interaction addressing policy and procedures of accountability of the receipt, store and issue of ammunition.

Requirements:

• Possess knowledge of the TRADOC Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process and the ability to decompose these requirements to drive S&T and RDT&E brain storming sessions when developing new ammunition logistics concepts.
• Possess working knowledge of the policies and procedures and how to collaboratively develop ammo enabling solutions with the Army Sustainment Command, the Joint Munition Command and the Army National Guard and how the CONUS depot/ammunition supply point (ASP) missions can be improved with our technology enablers.
• Possess knowledge of the HQDA G4 Munitions Division and their process of determining ammunition logistics policy
• Possess knowledge of the ammo enterprise and the process of interfacing with the Standard Army Ammunition System, Munitions History Program and the National Locator Ammunition Capability as data repositories.
• Available to start working on-site in Building 455 at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ immediately after task award
