We’re working with Nemaha County, Nebraska, on their new Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission has had some great conversations with professionals from Cooper about the energy element in the new plan going forward.

It guides decisions on housing, infrastructure, land use, and future growth for years to come.

When used effectively, it helps communities make informed decisions, support development, and plan for long-term success.

Is your community’s plan up to date?

Solutions start with MPC!
Many communities have not updated their comprehensive plan in 15–20+ years. That can make it difficult to plan for housing, infrastructure, and future growth. A strong plan should be something communities actually use not something that sits on a shelf. An updated comprehensive plan can strengthen a community’s ability to secure grant funding.

When was the last time your community updated its plan?
