latter. After 4 years in business, and growing to an over 6 figure business and a second location, managing 15+ employees, she sold for a profit and decided to try her hand in the corporate world. Dahlia spent the next 8 years with Ralph Lauren e-Commerce, focusing on the customer experience for web and retail experiences. This job took Dahlia to Hong Kong to help strengthen the global customer experience. In 2017, Dahlia founded Crater Strategies as a way to bring her deep knowledge of business and branding to others. She has worked with businesses spanning from the health and fitness industry to commercial bakeries. Dahlia’s roots always brought her back to small business, and after their family moved to Davidson, NC, she purchased a small business, Davidson Playhouse. The childrens playhouse brought moms, caretakers and families with preschool age children together for morning of play. This business grew and developed in to so much more, and in 2020, the business rebranded and pivoted to match the needs of the community amidst the global pandemic.
