Now you can export most of the data from your Google Search Console account. But now what can you do with it that you CAN'T do inside GSC itself?
Here are my top 5 actionable insights from exporting the data out of GSC:
1. Cross-domain data: If you have multiple domains or subdomains, you can aggregate the data from all of them into a single dataset in BigQuery. This can give you a holistic view of your website's performance across all domains and subdomains.
2. Long-term trends: Google Search Console provides data for the past 16 months. However, by exporting the data to BigQuery, you can retain and analyze historical data beyond the 16-month limit, allowing you to track longer-term trends and patterns.
3. Advanced segmentation: BigQuery allows you to segment your data in more advanced ways, such as by device, location, or user behavior. This can help you identify specific audience segments that are performing well or need improvement.
4. Custom analysis: With BigQuery, you can create custom queries and analysis to extract specific insights that are not available through the standard reports in Google Search Console.
5. Integration with other data sources: BigQuery can be integrated with other data sources, such as Google Analytics, CRM data, and social media metrics. This can provide you with a more comprehensive view of your ecommerce store's performance and customer behavior.
Overall, exporting Google Search Console data to BigQuery can provide you with more flexibility and deeper insights to optimize your ecommerce store's performance and drive growth.
