Some chapters are meant to close so better ones can begin, and even when change feels scary or uncertain, it’s often the doorway to something beautiful. Anxiety can be heavy — like carrying every “what if” on your shoulders before the day even begins. It creeps into your quiet moments and makes you question things that don’t need answers yet. But even through that weight, there’s still a softness waiting for you — in the breath you take, in the way you keep showing up, even when it’s hard.
