What a year!

From waiting rooms to greenhouses, from Stuttgart to Phoenix, from masks and distancing, to hybrid meetings, to no masks in-person and back again, it's been quite a journey. Who's exhausted?! Thank you to all the wonderful who had the to do some serious work that looked and felt a lot like fun this year! We applaud your efforts to tackle the many obstacles (some changing daily) to bring your closer and find greater enthusiasm for the important work you do.

There is a lot of teaching and consulting out there focused on individual behavior modification, which is usually temporary and based on performance. We take a different approach. We believe in helping leaders empower their teams to cultivate an environment for growth. This is a leadership culture where the individual is connected with the team and has clear communication and expectations for the work they are entrusted to do, which, in turn contributes to their growth.

Imagine the FREEDOM to work and take action grounded in courage versus fear. Often, as leaders, we feel like we have to have it all together and know all the answers. Our pride (fear of looking bad or failure) holds us back from experiencing peace, confidence and true joy in our work. That pride also stifles creativity and connection with those on our team. This can also lead to burnout. Let's face it, we do work better together. The load becomes lighter and success increases when we step into the unknown with the bravery to lean into the unique contribution those on our teams can make when we give them the chance.
