Dayton Maker of Batmobiles to Expand
“Holy Economic Development, Batman!”
The Dayton Daily News recently announced Harrison Township-based Bad Habit Fabrication will expand its operations in the county. The $380,000 investment will include Economic Development/Government Equity (ED/GE) funding from the Montgomery County, Ohio Community & Economic Development Department for an office renovation project.
The investment will enable increased productivity in support of its collaboration with the company Gotham Cruisers to produce batmobile replicas and other niche automobiles.

The U.S. Defense Department has made a commitment to Ohio’s defense manufacturers and put the state in a position to receive a $5 million grant to improve manufacturing processes and train workers for next-generation jobs.
