May is Formosan Termite month. They swarm right at dark (8:30) ish until around 10 pm, and it last until around Memorial Day. There are usually one or two nights they are really bad. You are not alone, your neighbors are getting swarmed also. They are attracted to light, so leave your exterior lights off. If you find a few inside, don’t be alarmed. If you have hundreds inside you may need an inspection.
