~15 minutes of open networking so you can connect, chat, and get comfortable with the environment

🎤 Introductions
Each member and visitor gets 60 seconds to introduce themselves, share what they do, and explain the types of referrals they’re looking for.

💼 “I Have” Segment
This is where the magic happens—members share real referrals, testimonials, and thank-yous for business passed just in the last week.

🌟 Feature Presentation
One member is spotlighted each week with a 10-minute presentation to dive deeper into their business and how we can best support them.

⚡ Structure & Vibe
Meetings are structured, efficient, high-energy, and incredibly supportive—built around BNI’s core philosophy: Givers Gain®.

🔒 One Seat Per Profession
Only one person per professional specialty is allowed in a chapter, so there’s no competition—just collaboration.

This week’s speaker was Caslynn Johnston with CODE Credit Union, and she shared some great reminders about the importance of creating and actually tracking a budget 💡

She also talked about finding your financial “why” — the thing that truly motivates you to be intentional and smart with your money. Whether it’s security, freedom, family, or future goals, knowing your “why” makes budgeting feel purposeful instead of restrictive.
