This week, we recognize Gerard Williams II, CEO and UNC of Uncle Gee’s Neighborhood, a communal initiative designed to connect individuals to resources within their communities while reinforcing their value and potential.

Through this work, Gerard—known as Uncle Gee—serves as a mentor, life coach, and consistent source of encouragement. He positions himself as a person’s number two supporter, uplifting others and helping them recognize their worth while building the confidence needed to pursue success.

This week, we’re featuring Aiko Striplin, CFO of The Tiny Tassel, a brand that centers joy, creativity, and intentional design. The Tiny Tassel creates handmade jewelry, clothing, and accessories inspired by the vibrant colors and culture of Charleston, SC, bringing beauty and delight into everyday moments.

Manifest Monday honors Black men who are visionaries, leaders, and creators—individuals who are intentionally manifesting success and impact through their work.

This week, we recognize Malcolm X, a transformative leader, speaker, and activist whose work reshaped conversations around race, justice, and Black identity in America. Known for his powerful voice and unapologetic stance, he advocated for Black empowerment, self-determination, and the importance of understanding one’s history and worth.

Through his speeches, writings, and leadership, Malcolm X challenged systemic injustice and encouraged individuals to think critically, stand firmly in their truth, and demand change.

His legacy continues to influence generations, reminding us that manifestation is not only about personal success, but about creating impact, challenging systems, and advancing collective progress.
