These leaders came together from different walks of life and built something truly special, a community that felt like family. Watching them grow, support one another, and step boldly into their own influence has been one of our greatest honors. There is nothing quite like the energy of a room full of people supporting women and girls.

Our team had the honor of joining the Women's Fund of Greater Green Bay today for their signature event, Impactful. It is always a privilege to support an organization that invests so intentionally in the future of our community here in Northeast Wisconsin.

What makes this event truly special is the opportunity to hear directly from the grantees. Seeing the vital work of organizations like Girls on the Run of Northeast Wisconsin, Encompass Early Education and Childcare, and Lovin The Skin I'm In provides such a powerful insight into the difference these grants make every day.

A huge congratulations to Rhonda Chandler, Founder and Executive Director of Lovin’ the Skin I’m In, for receiving the Nancy Armbrust Award. Her leadership and advocacy are an inspiration to us all.

In many family businesses, it’s natural for work to bleed into your personal time. When you’re family, the kitchen table often becomes the default boardroom. However, as you grow, that habit can become a ceiling. Eventually, the lines between "partner" and "family" begin to blur, creating a weight that follows you home.
