What happens when people imply or make negative or unfavorable comments about you? Do YOU agree and accept what they say? If you said, "no," then think again...

You may be accepting and agreeing to negative comments without realizing that you are doing so. How, you ask?

Every time you tell someone else about the negative comments you received, you're giving the negative comments "your attention."

And every time you replay the comments or incident in your mind, you're giving the negative comments and situation "your attention."

Where your attention goes, your experience grows! The more you think and speak on a thing, especially with deep passion and emotions, "it grows!"

So, instead of accepting negative comments, feedback, or implications, simply say "thank you, BUT NO THANK YOU! Please return that to the sender!" Then smile...a really big smile! You might even giggle a little!!

Don't forget, YOU are responsible for YOU. Take back control of your life.
