Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community. The right candidate will possess hands on skills in electrical, plumbing, plank flooring, vinyl flooring and carpentry. HVAC not required, but is a plus.

Candidate Job duties include but are not limited to:

Make ready units for new move ins.
Respond to service requests/tenant work orders in a polite and timely manner.
Clean grounds and landscaping of grounds when needed.
Mowing and landscaping of grounds
Painting of apartments and decks
Rehab or renovate apartments
Job Requirements:

Work well with our customer focused and energetic team.
Rotate on-call responsibilities every 2 weeks.
Follow standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Possess own tools and reliable transportation to and from work site.
Valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
Timely completion of work orders and special projects
Pass a complete background check and possess a clean driving record
Pass a drug test

We appreciate everyone's understanding as we have worked our way through a positive covid test from our office. All employees are being re tested once our assistant manager has tested negative and is cleared to return to work. Hopefully by the end of this week our office will be back to normal!
