Relief that after years of living in pain and all the strange symptoms I finally had a diagnoses and people would finally believe me. The fear was of what was to come next, as a health coach I wanted to do as much as I can from a Natural Holistic approach. I know that I will be on medications but with a good diet, daily movement, essential oils and self love, I can reduce the amount of medications
I may have to take and also avoid those horrible side-effects. The thing I also noticed is that there are very limited help out there for those who suffer from chronic illnesses and pain. Those of us who look healthy but wake up in pain, need a support system that we can turn too.I took a little time away from the business to regroup and create a game plan. That is when I decided if there is not a support system for others out there it was time to create one. Using my years and Knowledge as a Holistic Health Coach, Ordained Spiritual Leader, A Wellness Advocate and an Artist, I have brought together programs to help us manage and move forward, a place to heal and share. A place to learn techniques and tools to help lift our spirit and lead us toward a more life worthy of living.
