Partnership Home Visiting

Mission:

Community Action Partnership of North Alabama is a results-driven, non-profit business committed to reducing or eliminating the causes and consequences of poverty for families and communities in need through comprehensive services and strategic partnerships.

Home Based Early Childhood Education

The Partnership offers two home visiting programs- First Teacher and Early Head Start. Both programs provide information, support and encouragement to families through home visits to help children develop optimally during the crucial early years of life. Using the Parents As Teachers (PAT) Curriculum, the First Teacher and Early Head Start home visiting programs partner with pregnant women, mothers, fathers, and other caregivers of young children (up to age 5).
