Lesson 201: You Are Alchemical
Alchemy is really all that is ever going on. Alchemy and Nature are One. Whatever is happening in your life right now is transmuting you and your life up to a higher level. Learning to ride on that current brings the joy of creating with great energy. Everything in your life is improving, whatever form it now takes. Use The Method to liberate your consciousness from the fear that blocks beholding possibilities of infinite fulfillment up ahead and here-now at the same time.
Anyone who doubts that Alchemy is a very real and reliable science for producing gold need only read “the book of nature”; for doesn’t nature produce the very finest gold? Is not nature our teacher, leading us into the Golden State of Divinity?
In our conversations on the beach, my teacher Iz used to say, “Listen to the sound of the shore and hear the wisdom-message it is so delicately whispering to you.” Nature produces gold. So, living naturally produces a golden life. It’s that simple. You were born living naturally. It is your nature to produce gold. So, if you have any so-called “money problems” they exist only in your head. The universe - nature - is solving every problem it presents to itself, like a fun chess-game with itself that has no losers. The universe can’t lose, so therefore neither can you. All loss is imaginary. Embrace the Infinite Possibility Present and let it open your heart to the endlessly joyful possibilities of real, humble, meaningful service. This is how we grow spiritually.
It's easy to say “don’t worry, even when you have nothing,” because I’ve been through it. Through that Alchemical Fire I came to actually KNOW that you have nothing to worry about even when you have nothing. Just practice letting go when holding on proves futile. Embrace the challenge of the moment; it ignites your Higher Power. Look forward. You are heading toward your greatest dreams coming true. So dream those dreams of Beauty, Victory, and Glory. Go through your heartbreak, until you are ready for peace. Then, liberate yourself from your suffering by deliberately using The Method, backed up by The Temple Meditation, until you are free. Do not attempt to hold onto anything, anyone or any control over your life until you are free, free of your suffering, free of your resistance, and free of your fear.
Ultimately, we have to develop the power to be undisturbed by what happens, even when it goes on for a long time. In Kabbalah, this is the Power of Yesod – the Power of Foundation. That’s the strength we need to develop, also symbolized by Tarot Key 8, where the gentle lady tames the ferocious lion. The elixir or spirit of STABILITY is what we need. This requires the Alchemical agent of crystallization or Alchemical salt. We need to function in a rhythmic, harmonious, orderly way – seasoned with some silly joyful times – but basically, deep down inside, at peace and still like a rock that can’t be moved. We simply ARE and discover all we really need for fully living and growing and flourishing. We discover all the gold we need or want for an ever-expanding life of Beauty, Victory and Glory, as nature works her Alchemical Magic for us and through us.
