SECONDARY ROADS: Winneshiek County Roads Department will be concrete patching North Winn Rd north of 337th St beginning Wednesday, July 8th. Travelers should expect single lane traffic during construction. The Engineer's Office expects work to be complete late morning on Saturday, July 11.
