San Jacinto College is hiring a Director, Small Business Development

This role leads the SBDC team and works directly with entrepreneurs and small business owners to help them start, grow, create jobs, and access capital. The position also supports business training, community partnerships, lender relationships, strategic planning, reporting, and accreditation.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in business management, entrepreneurship, coaching, finance, business planning, and community engagement.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline and at least 7 years of related experience or business ownership.

Preferred:
MBA or business-related graduate degree, significant entrepreneurial experience, and relevant certifications.

This is an on-site position with very limited or no remote work options.
