Spring is upon us, let me reintroduce myself, and what to expect in the upcoming seasons. 💐
My name is 𝓢𝓽𝓮𝓯𝓯𝓪𝓷𝓲 for those of you who don’t know me, and Steff typically, to those who do. I’m a proud community member in the beautiful small town of Deer Park, WA. For those of you who may not know, that’s just north of Spokane, close enough to the city yet far enough out to have some extra breathing room! I’ve lived in the PNW my whole 36 years of life, enjoy all it has to offer, and have been fortunate enough to live in several spots over the years. From the west side to the east side, I know my way around!

My time is spent raising my children, working as a full time Realtor and consultant, a spin/barre instructor in the mornings, and a few fun hobbies/ seasonal side hustles. 😎 we get 24 hours a day, that’s a lot of time to fill you guys!!
I started MWR Real estate back in 2016 after leaving a career in the financial world at Wells Fargo. Where I got a true love and taste for helping folks, from all walks of life, become more financially grounded and stable. I personally came up in a family that works hard for whatever we sought after, being creative in how we accomplish it, and live out the art of being frugal. I have applied these lessons to my life, allowing me to live off breadcrumbs while clawing my way through the rough patches, to the years of abundance making strategic moves that provided me security as a single parent household for the last 13 years. It’s a game of balance and juggling all at the same time.

I share this with you for perspective, to hopefully allow others to see me just as human as the rest, but also to earn the respect from my future clients and community members alike. I have found some of the greatest mentors in life, are the ones who don’t shy away from telling the ugly truth, to only glam up the good times. — spoiler alert! that’s not reality, if it’s someone’s claim, then they haven’t been smacked with life hard enough yet. It happens to us all, it’s inevitable, like death honestly!

Not to worry however, as I’m here to offer my help, and maybe ask for some as well. It’s a two way street folks!🏘️ to be honest the real estate market has hit a funny spot, and by funny, I really mean tough. We cannot deny or hide the fact that life is so dang expensive right now! If you haven’t heard yourself state yet… “I remember when the prices of ——— “ were so much cheaper, you quickly realize we are aging ourselves, and we now sound like our grandparents! BUT history shows us this is “normal”, so you must not get overwhelmed, simply get creative and pivot those movements. That’s where I’m coming to you lovely folks! To remind you life still happens, you can still make smart financial moves, and I’m here for anyone who may have some questions. I’m happy to help guide you through some things!

If you know of anyone looking or needing to sell, I will absolutely make sure to get you the most money in your pocket, and if you’re looking to buy, I’ll do the same thing on the reverse side. I will help you find the most equitable purchase available, how to achieve it, and to leverage what you’ve got. Money is my game, and not bragging, but I’m pretty darn good with it! The most stupid thing I’ve blown my money on over the years is attorney fees. To play the family law game. I’m a mom fighting for my kids and doing the right thing is in my blood. — I told you, I’m honest to a fault, and I’ll share my mistakes as a lesson for anyone to learn from. 🫶🏼 Try and avoid court at all cost!! No, seriously!

Lastly, summer is quickly upon us and that usually boasts life changes for a lot of people. Graduations, vacations, job promotions, additions of family members coming off cold snuggling months🤪 you name it, I’ve seen it, and I’d love to chat with you or someone you know! Part of my daily work involves meeting or talking with individuals and business owners, to map out next steps, leading them down a path to financial security and breathing room.

Congratulations to Lora & Donald on your new home in Maine!! It was a fun house hunt that started last fall after helping sell their home here in Washington. As they have been on their adventures enjoying life, Lora has sent me properties that have caught their attention along the way, and we tried a few offers on a few but none were meant to be until this one! — I say this with all my clients over the years, the house buying/selling process is a journey and like with all things… when it’s meant to be it will be! 👏🏼

The same story is true here! This one was meant to be for sure, I’m so excited for them to have this opportunity on this adorable homestead from the early 1900’s, in Van Buren, Maine! 🦞
