Educational moment 📝. Today we got an emergency call for a door slamming and discovered that the closer looked “new”. After some investigation I found out that it was replaced less than 7 days prior. This “GAAB” brand closer failed internally in a very short time. I replaced it with a LCN1250 closer. Same mounting profile but the LCN carries a 15 year warranty! Between the first service from the other company, my “emergency” repair today, the attempt to save money did not end up worth the actual cost! Don’t buy cheap buy smart! 😎💭💸

In recent time due to supply shortages we have had to learn how to do more and more manufacturing. No shortcuts were taken and tools to make the jobs look professional were purchased! Another full installation was completed today. 10 openings with welded & knock-down frames and door slabs fully prepped by us here at LPSS ✅

Guess this is a bad time to post this custom double door setup with full glass inserts, VonDuprin electrified crash bars, and Norton automatic opener.. I just got word that the whole project got flooded by hurricane Ian and it’s all trashed! Definitely praying for all the people effected by this disaster!
