Today we had a wonderful in-service training day with all of our office staff. Michelle Rubio gave an amazing presentation and we even role played a bit as well. What an informative and great day it was!!
Accurate Private Care’s Dementia & Memory Support Program was thoughtfully developed to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals living with dementia while offering meaningful guidance and support to the families and caregivers walking alongside them.
At the heart of our program is the belief that meaningful engagement is essential care. Rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis or a person’s limitations, we focus on the individual—their life story, routines, preferences, strengths, abilities, and emotional needs. Our goal is to meet each person where they are and create moments of comfort, connection, dignity, and purpose throughout their day.
Our program combines in-depth dementia education, hands-on caregiver training, individualized care strategies, and our comprehensive Memory Care Support Booklet. The booklet serves as both an educational resource and a practical guide, helping caregivers, staff, and families better understand dementia and respond to changes in communication, behavior, routines, and abilities.
