Hi, I’m Karie Lynn, a neurodivergent Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor serving children, adolescents, and adults. I’m the founder of Imagine Perspectives, a mental health practice established in 2024, and I hold certifications in ADHD and autism to better support neurodivergent individuals and families.

Since 2012, I’ve also offered adult and pediatric hypnotherapy to help manage anxiety, stress, and emotional balance.

We offer one- and two-day interactive workshops for children and adults — a chance to refresh, reset, and approach life with a positive, hopeful perspective, even when it feels heavy.

Therapy in my practice is more than just sitting and talking — though we make space for that when it’s needed. In our warm, cozy environment, we use games, play, art, and interactive tools to help clients work through challenges in ways that feel safe and engaging, meeting everyone where they are.

I’m also the founder of Mn Events Entertainment, serving the area for over 25 years. We provide photo booth and casino night experiences, professional video, audio, lighting, and backdrops. Our kids game shows feature mental health interactive challenges, and for businesses, we offer casino game nights and other interactive team-building experiences that are fun, engaging, and confidence-boosting.

Whether in therapy, at an event, or in a workshop, my goal is the same: to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, connected, and empowered, promoting inclusion, growth, joy, and the freedom to just be yourself.

Heads up!!

🚒❄️ Heads Up, Community!
On Thursday, February 19 at 7:30 PM, CRMC Education and EMS will conduct a planned Ice Rescue training drill on Serpent Lake near the Police Department.

You’ll see emergency vehicles and responders in the area — this is only a training exercise.
Please help us by keeping a safe distance and allowing crews to train without interruption.

Our friends at the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trails put together some awesome information about our trail systems during the thaw!

We’re entering the freeze/thaw cycle, aka the most frustrating time to be a mountain biker. Snow can be in the forecast, but so can rain and warm temperatures, and it’s anyone’s guess how it’ll shake out.
