Sentry Security, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage office operations, bookkeeping, and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of business office experience with strong bookkeeping knowledge.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience
• 3+ years of clerical/front desk experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations and scheduling
• Answer phones and assist visitors
• Maintain financial records, invoicing, and payroll in QuickBooks
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support
