Here’s our beauty tip of the week! It’s all about hair washing! Yes, you are going to wash your hair twice, sometimes three times, depending on how much product you’ve used. Let’s talk mascara…did you know you should be getting rid of your mascara every 2-3 months? Mascara can get clumpy and dry out and becomes less effective…not to mention it can harbor bacteria as it gets older. Mascara alone can do wonders for your eyes. They open them up making them appear bright and youthful. On a budget? Here are a few mascaras I love. I personally like to use two different mascaras, applying two coats. We love mascara!! One of our favorite lines is Maybelline! Yes Maybelline! The secret to long full lashes is in the application and just like wearing a good bra, wear a lash primer as a bra for your lashes! We recommend Cara Cosmetics Lash Primer and any of Maybeline's Volume Express line in black. Both together can make your eyes look A. May. Zing!

Want to make your eyeshadow last? Here's a pro tip: Smooth a bit of concealer across lids to create a clean palette. Take a blending brush and sweep some loose powder across your lids, making it ready for an even, smooth, crease free finish with your favorite shadow! Knowledge is power and in this case....knowledge is BEAUTIFUL! :)
