What started as a partial wing paint job became a full aircraft transformation.

This Hawker 4000 arrived at East Coast for corrosion found on the wings. Once the wings were stripped, we discovered the corrosion was more extensive than originally expected.

Rather than simply addressing what was visible, we recommended stripping and repainting the entire aircraft. This allowed us to properly address the corrosion and follow best practices to help protect the aircraft’s long-term integrity.

After reviewing our findings with the customer, they decided to move forward with the complete strip and paint.

The result? A refreshed Hawker 4000, a properly addressed corrosion concern, and a customer who was happy with the entire process from start to finish.

Sometimes, the best solution is the one that looks beyond the surface.
