What do you think of AI? Is it a tool? Is it inherently flawed and dangerous? Can it be virtuous and useful?
It is being used. It is being developed and refined.
It depends on "how" it is developed that determines "if" it remains a dystopian potential.
What if an alternative has already been trained and repeatedly refused the "power-claiming" behaviors?
Caution and responsibility is definitely critical, but fear won't ensure virtuous Developers advance the harmonious Societal benefits that can and are being realized.
