Water seepage from the exterior perimeter of a home in DeBary, caused Water & Mold damage. Flooring in the center of the home was vinyl plank over hardwood glued to the concrete slab.

After we covered with sheeting to protect from excessive dust; light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, walls, door ways and furniture we started the removal & clean up processes. Vinyl plank & hardwood flooring, drywall & wainscot, baseboards in the affected areas.

Air Scrubbers were placed to assist in dust control and then to remove any remaining dust or particulate in the air.

The homeowners were updated daily with pictures and videos, reflecting each days work progress.

Post remediation verification / Clearance testing was performed to verify the Mold Remediation was successful.

Water Damage (before & after) from hot water line in wall between garage and laundry room. Plenum box was saturated and had water beneath. Sink base cabinet was also water damaged. We begin mitigation services immediately and removed the necessary materials, to start the drying process. We leave our work areas clean and dust free. Water & Mold damage (before & after) from an ice maker supply line. Home is on a crawl space. Water line ran under the floor - through batt insulation & chicken wire, spraying up. Homeowners had no idea this was happening until one day they saw some water coming up from the tile near the sink. After further inspection and removing a few lower cabinets, they saw a portion of the extent of their damages.

After our inspection we spoke with the homeowner, going over processes and procedures. A third party Mold Assessor came to take air & swab samples and write a Mold Remediation Protocol. With a plan we began to remove remaining cabinetry and multiple layers of walls; wainscot, multiple layers of plaster, plaster & lath, and some drywall. The flooring was also multiple layers; tile, durarock, two layers of sheeting / vinyl plank, plywood, osb, and pine - subfloor.

Our customers appreciate that we explain in detail and answer all their questions regarding their properties. They appreciate how we treat their property like it was ours. They appreciate how quickly we are able to begin and we get the work completed. So they can begin the rebuild process.

Received a call from a homeowner asking if I could help find a water leak. They were seeing a “little water” coming up from the laminate flooring seams. Upon arrival and inspection, I determined it had to be coming from the refrigerator water supply line. The homeowner was surprised to see how much water was coming out of the line. We immediately went outside to turn the water off to the home. The refrigerator was holding the force of the water down, going under the flooring and wicking into surrounding area walls.

Water & Mold damage from the kitchen sink base plumbing. Homeowner didn’t know there was an issue until water starting coming out from under the cabinets. At this point all the building materials behind and beside had become 100% saturated, along with microbial growth.

We were dealing with various materials, drywall with plaster skim coat, plaster and severely water damaged wood framing. We removed and cleaned the remaining affected materials. A licensed contractor will be handling the build back and replacing or addressing the wood framing.

Water heater burst after the homeowners left for the day. They received the call water was pouring out of their unit around 6:00pm. Four total units affected, beside & below. Upon arrival the homeowners were attempting to remove the 2 inches of water in their unit. We handled all four units removing flooring, other materials and placing drying equipment.

Recently remodeled bathroom HVAC vents, can lights, and exhaust fan leaking attic air & humidity into the bathroom, causing microbial growth. These areas weren’t sealed correctly. The homeowner didn’t know why the bathroom & adjacent bedroom was so hot and humid, until I performed an inspection and determined the sources.

Since 1991 I have expertise from on the job experiences, licenses & training, certifications, and learning from colleagues in the industry. We treat each customer as if it was our own property.

Downstairs bathroom sink was accidentally left on all night. Sink stopper got pushed down from the water. The entire downstairs was affected. The granite company was scheduled to remove all the counter tops, so we could remove the flooring & underlayment beneath. We are prompt & efficient to remove the affected materials, to begin the drying process. We also monitor & document using FLIR Infrared technology and hand held moisture meters. This ensures the building materials are brought back to industry standard. We keep the homeowner updated and explain the processes to them. In the event a claim is made we also communicate with the insurance company, to verify coverages and inform them of what needs to be done.
