G10 is bringing three questions to Shoptalk Fall (September 29 through October 1, Nashville):

Where is the delivery promise heading, and what does it actually cost to keep it?
What are brands doing about returns now that the volume is permanent rather than seasonal?
Which parts of the warehouse are worth automating, and which ones are better left to people?

We work on all three every day for the brands whose inventory we hold. Nashville is a chance to pressure-test our answers against a few thousand people solving the same problems from the other side of the shelf.

If you'll be there, let's connect; we'd like to hear your answers.

Shoptalk Fall runs September 29 through October 1 in Nashville, and G10 will be there.

Three days, thousands of retail and brand leaders, and a room full of people making their 2027 calls. We're going for the same reason our customers plan a year out: the decisions made this fall are the ones that show up in fulfillment volume next spring.

We'll be listening for where demand is heading (channel mix, delivery promises, the returns problem nobody has fully solved) and what that means for the brands whose products we receive, store, pick, pack and ship.

If you're headed to Nashville, let's connect.

Holiday shipping doesn’t happen in a vacuum.

Winter weather and carrier congestion can disrupt even the best-planned operations — especially during peak season. When brands don’t plan for those realities, delivery delays and customer frustration follow.

Building in buffer time, placing inventory closer to customers, and planning for congestion can make a big difference when conditions change.

👉 If weather or carrier delays have hurt holiday performance before, it may be time to plan for them — not hope they don’t happen.

G10 is going to Accelerate 2026 in Seattle today through the 24th with a specific job to do: understand what's changing for third-party sellers before it lands on their invoices.

When prep requirements, inbound rules or delivery promises shift, somebody absorbs the cost; usually it's the seller, and usually they find out late. Part of what a fulfillment partner owes its customers is seeing those changes coming and adjusting the operation before anyone has to ask.

That's worth three days and a plane ticket.

If you'll be at Accelerate, let's connect; we're always glad to compare notes with sellers who are thinking a year ahead.

Amazon Accelerate 2026 runs September 22 through 24 at the Seattle Convention Center, and G10 will be in the room.

Marketplace requirements change faster than most operating plans (prep rules, inbound windows, delivery speed expectations), and the brands we fulfill for feel every one of those changes in their margins. Going to the source beats reading the recap three weeks later.

We'll be paying close attention to anything that shifts how third-party sellers move inventory, because that's the part we own on their behalf.

If you're a seller headed to Seattle and want to talk through your fulfillment setup, let's connect.

Holiday customers don’t expect perfection — but they do expect clarity.

When delivery timelines aren’t clear, customers assume the best and feel the worst when orders arrive late. That confusion leads to frustration, support requests, and lost repeat business.

Clear delivery windows and honest communication go a long way during peak season. Even when things change, keeping customers informed protects the experience.

👉 If holiday shipping has caused customer frustration before, clearer delivery timelines may be the fix.

Our new Kenosha facility is 315,000 square feet, which more than doubles the warehouse capacity we had in the Midwest.

It replaces our old Twin Lakes location and puts us right on the Chicago–Milwaukee freight corridor.

We're making it official today, September 10 at 11:00 a.m. at 12345 38th Street. Mayor David Bogdala and County Executive Samantha Kerkmam are joining us, with the Kenosha Area Business Alliance emceeing.

Kenosha has been good to us. Come celebrate

Holiday shipping issues often come down to one thing: timing.

Misunderstanding carrier service levels and cutoff dates can turn last-minute orders into late deliveries — even when the “right” shipping method is selected.

During peak season, carriers operate differently. Cutoff dates are firm, transit times shift, and volume puts pressure on every network.

Brands that plan ahead and understand these details avoid surprises. Those that don’t usually learn the hard way.

👉 If holiday shipping has been stressful in the past, it may be time to take a closer look at how carrier timelines are being planned.

A freight broker and an asset-based carrier are not the same thing, even though shippers use the words interchangeably. One owns the trucks, one owns the relationships, and the difference shows up in cost, reliability, and who's actually liable when something goes wrong. We broke down what to actually ask before you find out the hard way.
