I’m sending this post out to inform everyone how grateful I am for the business everyone has given us. It’s on a sad note that I have made the decision to shut down for a while. This is a hard but necessary business decision. I don’t look at this as failure but a learning experience and it’s been great. I’m going be parking everything up, slowly make some major repairs. I’ll be back at some point and will be better and smarter! I pray everyone has a great summer full of adventures and memories to make. The lord is with all us and with his guidance we will prosper in the most important way SPIRITUALLY! It’s been fun it’s been rough, and challenging. We will be back, it will just be a little while! Thank you all and god bless!

We are in the process of updating our pricing for aggregate hauling, which will now include a delivery fee of $150.00 on top of the cost of materials. For your reference, here is the current pricing at this time: Sandstone #57 gravel is $23.50 PER TON Plus Tax, while Limestone #57 gravel is $35.00 PER TON Plus Tax. What to say God bless, and Merry Christmas to every oneone! We are going move this machine in for little maintenance, and down time! God has surely blessed us ! I give all thanks to him! I can wait to see what tomorrow, and the new year brings! Thank you to all the customers and everyone who helps promote us. With out the blessing from the lord and you we would not be where we are. WOW !!! Here pictures over 2 years apart. Top picture loading my old blue Chevy, ( my first dump truck ) on the first project as Marcums Excavation 9/26/2021. The bottom picture 10/28/2023. Loading dirt on same job in the same place. That’s the same dump bed but different trucks. I’ll add pictures of the project too! Amazing how time flys. All my customers, family, and friends has made it possible to reach this point. Dad ( Bearcat ) and my brother Robby has helped so much. Poor Rob spent many hours in that Chevy hotter than heck in that cab! It sure got us going lol! Thank you all. First set pipe pics is of this location when installed the 100 feet of pipe. The last pic showes the joint of pipe put in Saturday and the work from 2 years ago!

Installed 20’ joint 4’ diameter pipe! I was a blast getting to come back to this location. This was the location of the first project I did as Marcum’s Excavation. We installed 100’ of pipe, and hauled in 70 loads dirt for the fill over pipe. Home owner wanted top of cement head wall exposed. We hauled in material to complete covering the pipe over. I did not get a picture of it completed Saturday. I went back today got the picture of the completed job. Want to thank every one for the work !!!

Here a pool leveling project we did. Dug out surface to grade. Then set boards to screed sand to insure level from end to end. Once sand was in place we cleans the sight up. Here a slip we have completed. Before and after photos as well as progression photos. We worked material down from top and worked the slip to the bottom. Over 800 yards material excavated and hauled off sight. Added rock head walls to pipe from rock found in the slip. Established ditch back to its original location. Seed and put straw and straw matting down. I can’t think the home owners enough for the opportunity to work this. I loved this project, and great people to work with!!!
